LinkedIn Live Sessions

The IMA LinkedIn Live opportunity offers sponsors a dynamic way to engage with IMA’s global audience of finance and accounting professionals through real-time, interactive video sessions. These events are designed to showcase thought leadership, promote brand visibility, and foster community engagement. (These cannot be a product or company pitch)
Available to one sponsor per month, session can be held Tuesday - Thursday.
Recording & delivery

The session is hosted and automatically published on LinkedIn, 30 minutes between 12-1pm EST

Assets needed from Intuit (6 weeks prior to each Live):

Speaker headshots (high resolution)

Speaker name, title, and company

LinkedIn profile links (preferred for tagging)

Promotion runway: We recommend 4 weeks of promotion ahead of each session to maximize registrations and lead quality

Facebook/Instagram Takeover

IMA’s Facebook and Instagram channels offer sponsors a high-visibility, interactive way to engage with IMA’s global community of accounting and finance professionals.
Before we execute, we’ll confirm whether the goal is a product launch or general brand awareness. Product-focused takeovers perform best when anchored by a short demo or feature highlight.
Format & facilitation

This is a hybrid, facilitated takeover

IMA will manage and post on Stories, coordinate Q&A, and handle audience engagement

This approach minimizes lift for the sponsor while keeping responses accurate and on-brand
Q&A flow

Q&A window: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

Audience questions can range from 50–200, depending on product interest
-
Every hour, we’ll send a batch of questions to the sponsor team.

Note: We do not make the questions. They questions come from our followers to ask about the product.

Their team can respond with approved answers, links, or resources. A quick turnaround time is required for the answers to ensure the engagement flows smoothly.

Having pre-approved FAQs helps streamline the process. They can share this prior so IMA can answer them without having to reach out.
Assets needed from sponsor:

Demo video (portrait format): due 2 weeks prior

Visual assets: ~50 portrait images or short portrait videos, due 2 weeks prior

These will be used as Story backgrounds while answering questions

Visuals should reflect product value, features, and common use cases
